Program Description
International: Overseas Seminars Abroad_Bilateral Projects program increases mutual understanding and knowledge between the people of the United States and those in other countries by offering qualified U.S. educators opportunities to participate in short-term study seminars abroad on topics in the social sciences and the humanities.

General Program Requirements
In order to qualify for this benefit program, you must be a US citizen or permanent resident who is employed full time and is or has been an educator (teaching, training) involved in teaching social sciences or humanities for more than two years.
