Assistance for Victims of Trafficking
Program Description
Adult victims of severe forms of trafficking who have been certified by the US Department of Health and Human Services are eligible for benefits and services to the same extent as refugees, provided they meet other program eligibility requirements. Victims of severe forms of trafficking who are under 18 years of age are also eligible for benefits to the same extent as refugees but do not need to be certified.
General Program Requirements
In order to qualify for this benefit program, you must be a non-US citizen who is a victim of trafficking.
