Delaware Summer Food Service

Program Description
Just as learning does not end when school lets out, neither does a child's need for good nutrition. The Summer Food Service Program (SFSP) provides free, nutritious meals and snacks to help children in low-income areas get the nutrition they need to learn, play and grow throughout the summer months when they are out of school.

General Program Requirements
In order to qualify for this benefit program, you must be a resident of the State of Delaware, your household's annual income before taxes must not exceed $17,224 if one person lives in the household; $23,107 if two people live in the household; $28,990 if three people live in the household; $34,873 if four people live in the household; $40,756 if five people live in the household; $46,639 if six people live in the household; $52,522 if seven people live in the household; $58,405 if eight people live in the household. For larger households, add $5,883 for each additional person in the home.
