Program Description
The Disaster Legal Services program provides legal assistance to individuals affected by a major Federal disaster.

General Program Requirements
In order to qualify for this benefit program, you must be unemployed or about to become unemployed as a result of a Presidentially declared major disaster, or you qualify if you are the victim of a Presidentially declared disaster and your financial situation would be characterized as low income or very low income.
