Program Description
The Native Hawaiian Career and Technical Education Program makes grants to organizations primarily serving and representing Native Hawaiians for programs or portions of programs authorized by, and consistent with, the Carl D. Perkins Vocational and Technical Education Act.

General Program Requirements
Currently, the Governor of Hawaii is authorized to select an institution or institutions that primarily serve Native Hawaiians.
