Teacher Next Door Home Sales Program

Program Description
The program provides homeownership opportunities to teachers and administrators in HUD revitalization areas by offering qualified purchasers a 50% discount off the list price of a home available through the program from HUD's inventory. The teacher or administrator must agree to occupy (live in) the home for three years.

General Program Requirements
In order to qualify for this benefit program, you must be or have been an educator (teaching, training) involved in teaching or administering grades K-12, who is a current or prospective homeowner.
