Free Food Aid for Kids at Day Care

With day care centers mushrooming all over the country, parents can go to work and earn a living each day without fretting about the welfare of their kids. After all, a good day care center can offer a wide range of fun activities that are educational and entertaining for kids, all the while ensuring that they're safe and happy in a nurturing environment. But for low-income parents, the story doesn't stop there: how sure are they that their young ones are getting the nutrition they need in these centers? A government grant called the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) gives low-income parents a bigger reason to entrust their kids to a day care center, especially where the children's health and nutrition is concerned!
